About the Service Suffolk Breathing Coach is operated by Steve Tarling, a certified Buteyko breathing practitioner based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. Services include one-to-one breathing coaching sessions, intensive sessions, and small group programmes delivered in person and online. All programmes are based on the Buteyko method of functional breathing retraining.

Health Responsibility By booking a programme or submitting an assessment form, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medications, and health history accurately and to the best of your knowledge. Steve Tarling reserves the right to decline or pause a programme if he believes it is not appropriate for your current health situation, and will always seek to refer you to appropriate professional support where necessary.
Bookings and Payment Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a agreed deposit, as communicated at the time of booking. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be charged in full. In the event that Steve Tarling needs to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date at no additional cost.
Programme Commitment The effectiveness of breathing retraining depends significantly on consistent daily practice between sessions. By booking a programme, you acknowledge that results are directly related to your commitment to the exercises provided. Suffolk Breathing Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as individual results will vary depending on the nature of your condition, your consistency of practice, and other lifestyle factors.
Online Sessions For sessions delivered via video call, you are responsible for ensuring a suitable private space and a reliable internet connection. Suffolk Breathing Coach cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties on your end that result in a session being interrupted or shortened.
Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, programme materials, and exercise instructions — is the property of Suffolk Breathing Coach and Steve Tarling. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
